Terms & Conditions
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date. For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required at time of booking.
Travel & Logisitics
Well Plated Catering proudly serves the Quad-State area NY/NJ/PA/CT. Events located more than 30 miles from New York City will be subject to included travel fee. For destination bookings that request multiple meals, overnight accommodations must be provided for Chef.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit but incur no further charges.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be non-refundable, as ingredients and staffing will have already been secured.

Chef Ian will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests based on his availability.
​
Final Guest count must be made 10 days prior to event date, this number may increase, but it cannot decrease after this deadline.
