Refund Policy​

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable as they guarantee your date and prevent us from taking other bookings. Once food ingredients are purchased they cannot be returned. Irretrievable food costs will need to be paid again for any rescheduled date.

Service Satisfaction: If you are unsatisfied at any part of your experience, please notify Chef Ian during the event so we can make it right immediately.

Weather/Act of God: In the event of extreme weather preventing travel to a destination, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable future date.
