Private Catering all over NYC in TriBeCa, Central Park South, UES, UWS, Greenwich Village, West Village, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Astoria, Long Island City, Westchester County, Nassau County, and Greenwich CT. Chef Ian helps you create the Ultimate Host Experience, we handle everything from setup to cleanup. With your collaboration he crafts bespoke menus tailored to your vision, designing each dish around the freshest in-season ingredients and preparing everything in small, thoughtful batches. Known for his approach of under-promising and overdelivering, he delights clients with unexpected touches and exceptional, high-quality ingredients. His culinary style emphasizes refined textures and bold, vibrant flavors, achieved through a blend of classic techniques and modern innovation. Chef Ian specializes in Italian and New York Steakhouse fare, with extensive experience in global cuisines ranging from Japanese- Peruvian to French. We believe exceptional food should be accessible. Our menus are fully bespoke, allowing us to scale the ingredients and complexity of each menu to match both your vision and your budget. Examples of pricing including cost of premium level ingredients, and up to 1 hour of travel distance. Luxury ingredient requests will happily be accommodated, and will be the genuine article: Breakfast - choices of full Irish breakfast, eggs any style including French omelettes & Japanese omurice made to order, granola, mixed greens salad, croque monsieurs, pancakes, waffles, crispy potatoes, classic sauces, Green "Powerhouse" Juice $100/pp with $550 minimum Luncheon - Family Style salad, 2 proteins, 2 vegetables, fruits ala creme $150/pp with $550 minimum Dinner - 4 courses plated; salad, appetizer or handmade pasta, protein, dessert $185/pp with $550 minimum 3 courses for $150/pp with $500 minimum Cocktail Party - 3 Exquisite Canapés; 2 savory, 1 sweet that are continuously plated fresh throughout the party for up to 3 hours, 1 large charcuterie board and 1 large cheese grazing board, burrata and grilled bread, fresh baked spiced nuts, marinated olives, chips & dip $85/pp with $850 minimum Luxury ingredient requests will be priced accordingly. Snacks can also be provided. Wine pairings can be done from within your collection or Chef can make recommendations to purchase. A server can be requested for an additional cost.
