Chef Ian works with you to create your Ultimate Host Experience, he handles everything from shopping to cleanup. With your collaboration he crafts bespoke menus tailored to your vision, designing each dish around the freshest in-season ingredients and preparing everything in small, thoughtful batches. Known for his approach of under-promising and overdelivering, he delights clients with unexpected touches and exceptional, high-quality ingredients. Ian believes exceptional food should be accessible. As our menus are fully bespoke, this allows us to scale the ingredients and complexity of each menu to match both your vision and your budget. Minimum price is $1850 for all engagements, this price includes Chef Ian's time to plan, shop for, and execute the event, and the cost of food. Pricing increases with guest count over the minimum price. For parties of 8 guests or more, additional service staff will be required.
