Chef Ian specializes in transforming vacation rentals and seasonal homes into world-class dining destinations. We handle everything, from sourcing local ingredients and stocking the fridge before you arrive to cleanup, Chef Ian travels to bring sophisticated seamless culinary experiences in your home away from home. Chef Ian will create a beautifully curated multi-course meal for you and your guests, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All so that you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with having a restaurant quality dining experience prepared, served, and cleaned up for you, allowing you to be fully present during your getaway. For a truly seamless retreat, Chef Ian is also available for full-stay catering, providing exceptional meals throughout the duration of your visit. Pricing is $2000 per day minimum, which includes the cost of food. Pricing increases per additional guest over the minimum, Plated Dinners of 8 guests or more require a server if one is not already provided. We develop our dough over a 2-3 day cold fermentation process, using natural yeasts from organic pears and spring water. We source the highest quality cheeses, and make a world class Pomodoro sauce, simple in nature, but brilliant in flavor. We can make all types of pizza styles such as New York, Detroit, Naples, Roman styles. Accompanied by bountiful salads, vegetable sides, and fresh baked composed dessert ala mode such as pies/tarts/cobblers/cakes/brownies.....$285/pp Additional Services; Food shopping and Pantry stocking, Meal Prep, Canapés, and Snacks which can be added for additional cost.
