Chef Ian specializes in transforming vacation rentals and seasonal homes into world-class dining destinations. We handle everything, from sourcing local ingredients and stocking the fridge before you arrive to the final cleanup, Chef Ian travels to bring sophisticated seamless culinary experiences in your home away from home. Chef Ian will create a beautifully curated multi-course meal for you and your guests, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All so that you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with having a restaurant quality dining experience prepared, served, and cleaned up for you, allowing you to be fully present during your getaway. For a truly seamless retreat, Chef Ian is also available for full-stay catering, providing exceptional meals throughout the duration of your visit. We believe exceptional food should be accessible. Our menus are fully bespoke, allowing us to scale the ingredients and complexity of each menu to match both your vision and your budget. Pricing is $1000 per day minimum, based on 1.5 - 2.5 hours travel distance, including the cost of ingredients. *Pizza Party; Shared Family Style salad, Large Detroit Style and/or Naples Style Pizzas with toppings, 1 Shared Family Style Vegetable/Side, and Fresh Baked Dessert such as pies/tarts/cobblers/cakes ala mode; price $100/pp *Family Style Shared Platter Dinner; salad, fresh baked focaccia, pasta, 2 proteins with sauces, 2 sides, individually plated fresh baked dessert ala mode; price $150/pp *Full Service Plated Multi Course Dinner; 4 courses - appetizer, handmade pasta, premium protein entree, luxe dessert; price $200/pp Full service shopping and pantry stocking, Additional Courses, Hors'doeuvres, Wine Pairings, and Snacks can be added for additional cost. Requests for high-end ingredients can absolutely be accommodated. A server can be requested for additional cost as well.
